Our dough rests overnight, taking a long, unhurried rise that deepens the flavor and builds that signature pillowy crumb.

Each batch is hand-rolled in small numbers, layered with cinnamon and brown butter so every swirl is even and generous.

Baked to order the morning of our weekly drop, then finished with our signature Vanilla Bean Sugar Glaze while still warm.

Merlen Bakehouse began with our head baker and a cinnamon roll recipe passed down through the family. What started in a home kitchen became a small-batch bakehouse built on patience, real ingredients, and the belief that the best things can’t be rushed.
Every Saturday, we bake a limited drop fresh to order — no freezers, no shortcuts. Just heritage, in every bite.
